| fine 3d ancient rent 6d a new increase 2d | at this court the lord by his steward granted to Jn Panell 1a of land with appurtenances lying in Longlond adjoining Herscroft (sic) which lately Jn Turnor held at a farm to have and to hold the aforesaid 1a of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid Jn Panell his heirs and assigns forever at a rent thereof annually to the lord according to ancient custom of 6d per annum at the usual terms equally and he gave to the lord an increase of 2d at the same said terms for all services and he gave to the lord for a fine and made fealty etc |
