the saturday next before the feast of st gregory the pope 6.3.18Edw3
it was shown by an inquisition that

held on the day that he died one plot of land built on called
Poulesleyghton
after whose death there was no heriot because no one took the land and upon this came

who was the wife of the said

and said that she herself bought the aforesaid plot together with

gave to the lord for a fine that he should be allowed to hold in peace one croft of land called

for his lifetime the reversion of which should pertain to

Spilcroft
enclosed to the use of
Robt Atte Nook
and the lord granted the aforesaid croft to the aforesaid

to hold to himself for his lifetime from the lord by the services and customs etc and after the death of

himself the reversion to the aforesaid
