fine 13s4d Jn Attewood out of court by the hands of Rich Skinner the lord's bailiff and Xian Attewood in her pure widow head surrendered into the lord's hands three cottages lying together in Great Colne between the cottage of Jn Skinner of the one part and the tenement of Steph Atte Burres of the other part to the use of Jn Boteler Thos Kirton Rich Skinner and the heirs of the said Jn Boteler to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the body of the said Jn Boteler by the rod to the will of the lord by the services and customs saving the right of everyone and they give the lord for fine for entry and excepted to the said Xian one tenement of the said three tenements called Skinners for the term of her life so that after her death it shall remain to the said Jn Thos and Rich and the heirs of the body of the said Jn Boteler begotten by the rod in the form aforesaid
