and further they say that Rich Noth sold to Jn Newman one free tenement and that the same said Rich Noth alienated and sold to Nich Cook otherwise called Parker three crofts of free land which were held of the lord by fealty etc therefore it is presented to the bailiff against the next court to distrain them to make fealty to the lord for the aforesaid tenements and lands etc
