fine 2s whereas at a certain court it was presented to seize into the hands of the lord 1a whereof Jn Tylfyk died seized and 1a whereof Rich Tylfyk died seized because no one came to seek admittance to the aforesaid 2a of land as their right and inheritance after the death of the same said Jn and Rich and to return thereof of the profits as in the same said court separately it plainly appeared concerning which came Jn Turnor and Jn Wright and showed the court a certain deed by which they had jointly bought of the said Jn Tylfyk now deceased the aforesaid 2a of land by name one croft of land containing 2a by estimation called Olivers Croft with appurtenances to hold to the same their heirs and assigns by the ancient services and customs incurred the date of which is the tuesday in pentecost 10.6.5Hen6 and because in the same said roll the said copy should be thus included and contained therefore the lord concerning the aforesaid seisin in his hands removed it and upon this into this same said court came the aforesaid Jn Turnor and Jn Wright and surrendered into the hands of the lord the aforesaid croft of land with appurtenances to the use of Wm Tylfyk Wm Bome and Wm Hawke to whom the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to hold to themselves their heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs saving the rights etc and they gave for a fine and made fealty
