fine 6d item the jury present that Wm Coldhagh who held from the lord one cottage with 3a of land pertaining to the same called Hychcokys after whose death no one acceded to the holding because no one had demised and they say that the same said Wm on his death bed out of court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Wm Kyrwyn bailiff of the manor in the presence of Roger Heyhous Jn Grove and others of the homage according to the custom of the manor the cottage and land aforesaid with appurtenances to the use of Robt Holm to whom it was granted thereof seisin to hold to the same his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord by the ancient services and customs saving the right etc and he gave for a fine etc and made fealty
