the jurors present that Thos Heyward and Xian his wife and Jn Stone of London skinner and Wm Gardiner sold to Thos Clerke berker one tenement with a garden adjoining with appurtenances called Seggs late Wm Boome's etc and that the said Xian came not to be examined therefore charged to seize it
