fine 8d | to this court came Jn Lavenham the son of Jn Lavenham and being present in court surrendered into the lord's hands one garden called Lavenhams Garden otherwise called Orlegers Garden and sometime called Drapers Garden which he held of this manor by the rod to the will of the lord etc to the use of Wm Sprigge Walt Scotte to whom there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs and assigns of the said Wm by the rod to the will of the lord etc by the services therefore due and accustomed saving the right etc and they give fine etc and made fealty |
