fine 10s it was found at the same court that Robt Baron citizen and merchant of London lying sick out of court surrendered to the hands of Wm Wade one of the lord's tenants one tenement with appurtenances in Colne called Heyhouse to the use of Rich Ellingworth citizen aforesaid gentleman Jn Stocker of the same draper and Kath his wife Dan Yonge and Ralph Audeley bailiff of Colne their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the steward to have and to hold to the said Rich Jn Kath Dan and Ralph and the heirs and assigns of the foresaid Jn Stocker and Kath his wife forever by the rod to the will of the lord and by the ancient services and customs saving the right etc and they give fine etc and made fealty etc
