to farm for a term of twenty years | and at this same court the lord by his steward granted out of his hands to Hugh Woodrove three crofts of land as they lie together between Brookfeld on one part and Seedcopfeld on the other part one head abutting upon Berecroft the other upon late in the tenure of Wm Tylfyk and Jn Hegyn and afterwards of Jn (sic) for a term of twenty years to hold to himself and his heirs during the aforesaid term returning thereof to the lord per annum 7s annually at the terms of the manor keeping the closes there during the aforesaid term etc |
