fine 20dto this court came Margt Ridnale late the wife of Jn Ridnale which had estate with the said Jn late her husband and Jn Ridnale the younger now dead and to fulfil the last will of the said Jn her husband surrendered into the lord's hands one cottage with a garden adjoining situate between the tenement of Thos Clerke of the one part and the tenement late Wm Frunces of the other part that the lord therewith might do his will and the lord thereof seised of his special favour to fulfil the last will of the said Jn regranted the said cottage with garden to the said Margt to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to her for the term of her life to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding the rents and services due and accustomed and after her death the said cottage shall remain to the said Agnes daughter of Jn and Jn Hegge their heirs and assigns to the use of the said Agnes and her heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing and yielding therefore the rents and services therefore due and accustomed and she giveth the lord fine and made fealty
