fine 8d and it is found by the homage that Constance Lingwood out of the court court lying upon her death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Hen Polein the lord's tenant in the presence of sir Jn Eyr prior of Colne the lord's tenant the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor one messuage and garden adjoining with the appurtenances sometime Jn Atte Sloes and late Rich Brownes to the use of Isabel Lingwood her daughter her heirs and assigns and there came Robt Matteras which had estate with the said Constance and Jn Lingwood her husband deceased of and in the premises and surrendered the said messuage with the appurtenances to the performance of the last will of the said Constance to the use of the said Isabel Lingwood Thos Audeley and Rich Garrard their heirs and assigns to whom there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Isabel Thos and Rich their heirs and assigns to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor doing etc
