Simon Lingwood sueth Jn Dykman in a plea of debt upon the demandment of 8s which he oweth and unjustly denieth as he saith and putteth 10li to prosecute Jn Sparrowe one of the lord's tenants and the aforesaid defendant is attached by one horse of a gray colour delivered to the pledge Jn Sparrowe all the aforesaid parties required appeared which put themselves of and concerning the premises on every respect unto the arbitrationment Jn Sparrowe Wm Carter Thos Hunte and Wm Wade arbitrators between the parties aforesaid indifferently chosen to stand and obey the arbitrationment etc if there be any so that the doom and judgement be made and given up the court still sitting
