| Illies Messuage | the homage present that Wm Goldwire late of Coggishall died since the last court and held of the lord the day of his death to him and his heirs according to the custom of the manor as of this manor one messuage and 10a of land with the appurtenances late Robt Illies in Colne aforesaid which he lately bought of Robt Turnebull as etc and he died of the messuage and 10a of land sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and they say further that Robt Goldwire is the son and next heir of the said Wm Goldwire and of full age who being present in the court came and craved himself to be admitted thereto but his admittance is respited until the next court |
