fine 12d to this court came Jn Reynold who held of the lord together with Marge Pricke widow and Jn Wastelin and their heirs to the use of the said Marge and her heirs one messuage with the appurtenances called Masons lying between the churchyard of Colne aforesaid and the highway leading from Colne aforesaid toward Halsted on the north side as by the meets and bounds there more at large is divided and shown and surrendered into the lord's hands the said messuage with the appurtenances to the use of Robt London executor of the last will and testament of the said Marge Pricke to the intent the same to sell and the money thereof coming to dispose according to the last will of the said Marge to which Robt London by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services and he giveth the lord for fine as appeareth in the head and made fealty and after in this instant court came the foresaid Robt London and surrendered into the lord's hands the said cottage with the appurtenances to the use of Rich Baineham and his heirs to which Rich Baineham by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the same Rich and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services and he giveth for fine etc (12d) and made fealty
