the cellarfine 6d it is found by the homage that Jn Campion died since the last court which lying on his death bed out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Sparrowe deputy bailiff in the presence of Rich Garrard the lord's tenant of this manor the same witnessing one sollar called the Taverne with a sollar builded thereupon and one shop with the appurtenances as there situate in Colne aforesaid between the maypole and the church gate to the use of Agnes late his wife and her heirs to which Agnes by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services and she giveth fine and made fealty
