fine 16d it is found by the homage that Jn Crowe and Agnes his wife late the wife of Robt Browsey being absent out of the court and before the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Sparrowe in stead of the bailiff in the presence of Hen Polein and Wm Beald the lord's tenants of this manor the same witnessing according to the custom of the manor one tenement with a curtilage adjoining with the appurtenances called Greens Tenement which tenement with the curtilage aforesaid the foresaid Agnes had and held of the surrender of the foresaid Robt Browcy for term of her life to remain after her decease to Wm Choppet and Wm Beeld and their heirs to fulfil the last will of the foresaid Robt Browsey as in the court with the leet here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 20Hen7 13.5.1505 more fully appeareth to the use and behoof of Jn Campion now deceased and Agnes his wife yet living and their heirs to which Agnes Campion absent from the court by the hands of Jn Game her attorney in this behalf by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the foresaid Agnes and her heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services etc and she giveth fine as appeareth in the head and made fealty and hereupon in this instant court came the foresaid Wm Choppet and Wm Beald and surrendered remised and released and from them and their heirs quitclaimed all their right title state claim and demand which ever they had have or in the premises might have by reason of the remainder aforesaid viz so that they nor their heirs nor any other in their name might hereafter challenge any right estate title claim or demand of and in the premises or any parcel thereof etc
