| Francis | 8d at this court it is found that Jn Smythe died since the last court who before his death out of the court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Wm Beald and Wm Lingwood the lord's tenants of this manor and Thos Hunte seised to the use of the said Jn Smythe present in the court surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances called Francis to the use of Isabel his wife and Simon Lingwood and their heirs to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the ancient rents and services etc and they give fine etc and made fealty |
