a parcel of waste Swattock's Waste | fine 8d at this court the lord by Jn Veer knight head steward with the advice of Jn Daniell his surveyor granted out of his hands to Wm Swattock one parcel of land of the lord's waste soil lying at Colfordhill upon which the same Wm of new hath builded one swinesty and containing in length 14ft of the assize and in breadth 12ft6i as by the meets and bounds thence more at large it is divided and shown to have and to hold the said piece of land to the said Wm Swattocke and his heirs therefore yielding yearly to the lord and his heirs one piece of silver to which Wm Swattocke by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by ancient rents and services and he giveth to the lord for fine and made fealty |
