one croft of land with the appurtenances called
Pondecroft
in Colne aforesaid and surrendered into the lord's hands the said croft of land with the appurtenances to the use of
Jn Wood
and
Jn Sparrowe
and their heirs to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs of the lord by the rod to the will etc by the ancient services etc and they give to the lord for fine and made fealty
