Illies Messuage | fine 5s whereas the admission and seisin to be delivered to Robt Goldwire son and heir of Wm Goldwire late deceased of and in one messuage and 10a of customary land with the appurtenances late Robt Hilley lying in Colne aforesaid were respited after the death of the foresaid Wm for divers considerations the court moving as in the court with the leet here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 8Hen8 13.5.1516 more fully appeared now to this court came the foresaid Robt Goldwire and craved of the lord that he might be admitted to the foresaid tenement and 10a of land as to his right and inheritance to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc whose petition being heard the lord of his special grace at this court by his steward admitted the foresaid Robt to the foresaid tenement with the premises to hold to him and Margt his wife and the heirs of the said Robt to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the said Robt in form aforesaid of the lord and he giveth the lord for fine and made fealty |
