the cellar Xfine 6d at this court it is found by the homage that Agnes Campion widow late the wife of Jn Campion out of the court and since the last court lying on her death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Sparrow the bailiff in the presence of Wm Beald one of the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one cellar called the Taverne with a sollar builded and one shop with the appurtenances as they are situate in Colne aforesaid between the maypole and the church gate to the use of Jn Game and Alice his wife the heirs and assigns of the said Jn Game which Jn Game being present in the court came and craved himself and the said Alice to be admitted and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin the reof delivered to hold to them the heirs and assigns of the said Jn Game of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give to the lord for fine and made fealty
