the Taverne
with a sollar builded and one shop with the appurtenances as they are situate in Colne aforesaid between the maypole and the church gate to the use of

his wife the heirs and assigns of the said

being present in the court came and craved himself and the said
Alice
to be admitted and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin the reof delivered to hold to them the heirs and assigns of the said
Jn Game
of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give to the lord for fine and made fealty
