Grenstenement | fine 16d and it is found by the homage that Agnes Campion widow late the wife of Jn Campion deceased out of the court and since the last court lying upon her death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Sparrowe the bailiff in the presence of Wm Beald one of the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement with a curtilage adjoining with the appurtenances called Greenestenement to the use of Jn Campion son of the aforesaid Agnes his heirs and assigns which Jn Campion by Jn Sparrow his attorney came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to which Jn Campion by his attorney aforesaid there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the same Jn Campion his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he giveth fine and made fealty |
