deceased which held of the lord as of this manor by the rod together with the foresaid

Phil Moore's
one head thereof abutting upon the

toward the north and the other head thereof abutting upon the land of
Jn Tilwicke
toward the south and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid
Nich Moore
the foresaid
Maud
died since the last court of such estate sole seised and they say further that

now the wife of
Jn Estaie
is the daughter and next heir of the bodies of the said
Nich
and
Maud
lawfully begotten and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted to the premises and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the foresaid
