a garden sometime Skottes Xfine 6d it is found by the homage that Maud late the wife of Nich Moore deceased which held of the lord as of this manor by the rod together with the foresaid Nich her husband to them and the heirs of the foresaid Nich and Maud lawfully begotten one garden late in the tenure of Jn Scotte and after Phil Moore's one head thereof abutting upon the Hethgr toward the north and the other head thereof abutting upon the land of Jn Tilwicke toward the south and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid Nich Moore the foresaid Maud died since the last court of such estate sole seised and they say further that Margt now the wife of Jn Estaie is the daughter and next heir of the bodies of the said Nich and Maud lawfully begotten and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted to the premises and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the foresaid Margt and Jn now her husband and the heirs of the body of the said Margt lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid Nich Moore of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc they gave the lord their fine as appears in the head and made fealty
