fine 8d it is found by the homage that whereas at the leet with the court there holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 10Hen8 the bailiff was charged to seize into the lord's hands half a parcel of land called Tollehousegreen in length 5rods and in breadth 12ft late Nich Moore's and because the then wife of Jn Sevat one of the daughters and coheirs of the said Nich came not then to claim out of the lord's hands the said half as in the foresaid court more at large is contained yet now at this court came the foresaid Agnes and craveth to be admitted to the foresaid half as to her right and inheritance because the foresaid Nich Moore died thereof in his demesne as of fee and because it is found by the homage that the petition of the said Agnes is true therefore she is admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and hereupon to this present court came the foresaid Agnes and surrendered the foresaid half of the foresaid parcel of land called Tollehousegreen with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Estaie and Margt his wife sister of the foresaid Agnes the heirs and assigns of the said Jn and Margt who being present in the court craved to be admitted and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give fine and made fealty
