one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Thos Waller
likewise the lord's tenant one cottage with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances called
Clovyers
and also surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Rich Curlewe
in the presence of the witness aforesaid three crofts of customary land with the appurtenances called
Pettiscrofts
to the use and behoof of
Joan
his wife and her assigns for term of her life from thence after her decease to
Wm Finche
son of the said

deceased and his heirs which

her attorney came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant and to which

by the lord's steward to the hands of her attorney there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns for term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc to remain as above etc and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
