Eliz Wingfield
widow late the wife of
Walt Wingfield
esq deceased which held jointly together with
Hen Markham
esq
Humph Wingfield
esq and
Robt Bieston
of the lord as of this manor to them and their heirs by the rod according to the custom of the manor one tenement customary with the appurtenances situate and lying in Colne aforesaid which sometime was in the tenure of
Robt Stevens
and late in the tenure of
Wm Clerk
and now called
Hobestevens
to the intent that they should fulfil the last will of the foresaid
Walt Wingfield
as in the court etc here holden in the
2Hen8 21.5.1510
more at large appeareth the foresaid
Eliz Wingfield
and
Robt Bieston
are deceased and the foresaid
Hen Markham
and
Humph Wingfield
yet living and being seised of and in the premises in their demesne as of fee etc to the use of
Jn Wingfield
son and heir of the foresaid
Walt
and his heirs and hereupon to this present court came the foresaid
Jn Wingfield
of the age of 21yr and more and craveth that the foresaid
Hen Markham
and
Humph Wingfield
might stand and be seised of and in the foresaid tenement customary with the appurtenances to the use of him the foresaid
Jn Wingfield
and his heirs according to the last will of the foresaid
Walt Wingfield
his father the request of the said
Jn Wingfield
is granted in this behalf by the lord's head steward doing and yielding to the lord the rents services and customs therefore before due and accustomed and the foresaid
Jn Wingfield
giveth fine for such use thereof to be had etc and made fealty
