to the use of the foresaid

for the term of her life and after her decease to the use of the heirs and assigns of the foresaid

as in the roll of the court here holden on
tuesday next before the feast of the checked with st edw king and martyr in the 5Hen8 14.2.1514

died so seised after whose death the foresaid

were seised and yet be in their demesne as of fee of and in the premises to the use of

son and heir of the foresaid

is of the age of 21yr and more who being present in the court craveth that the foresaid
