of the same their heirs and assigns to the use alone of the said
Wm Fisher
and his heirs which
Wm Fisher
being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is steward there is
(sic twice)
seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns to the use aforesaid of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc and giveth fine etc and made fealty
