containing 3r of land late parcel of the tenement called
Stacies
as by the metes and bounds etc to the use of
Clem Sparrowe
Jn Sparrowe
Wm Lingwood
and
Roger Hitchcocke
their heirs and assigns to the use alone of the said
Clem Sparrowe
and his heirs who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereto and they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yielding thereof yearly to the lord and his heirs lord's of this manor 6d yearly at two usual terms of the manor and they gave fine and made fealty
