Borrowes etc Xfine 5s it is found by the homage that Jn Wingfield gentleman out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Nich Banbury one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Thos Roothe and Jn Pennock likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement customary called Burrowes one croft of land called Litle Burrowes and one croft of land called Stoneleigh with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Estaie his heirs and assigns which Jn Estaie being present in court came and craved himself Jn Carter and Jn Pennocke to be admitted to the premises and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns to the use of the foresaid Jn Estaie and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty
