Agnes Riddesdale
widow out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Nich Banbury
one of the lord's tenants in the presence of
Jn Sparrowe
likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one cottage with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances sometime
Jn Lavenham's
and late
Robt Gernon's
deceased to the use and behoof of
Robt Upcher
of Greate Tey his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved himself to be admitted thereunto and because it is found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and hereupon to this court came

clerk seised of and in the foresaid cottage with the appurtenances and in full court remised released and always for him and his heirs forever quitclaimed to the foresaid
Robt Upcher
and his heirs being in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter may have or his heirs might have of and in the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining and the appurtenances viz so that neither the foresaid

nor heirs not any there for them or in their name may or ought hereafter to challenge any right title claim interest or demand in the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining and the appurtenances hereafter but be fully barred from all action of right ther ein forever by these presents
