likewise the lord's tenants the same witnessing one cottage with a garden adjoining called
John Wrights
as etc to the use and behoof of

his wife during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to

daughter of the foresaid

and her heirs the foresaid

died before the last court and hereupon now to this court came the foresaid

gentleman by the foresaid

her husband and craved to be admitted to the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining and the appurtenances by reason of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage that the foresaid
