one of the lord's tenants in the presence of

likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one garden called
Staciesgarden
containing 2r of land late parcel of the tenement called
Stacies
as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of
Edw Wastelin
his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine and made fealty
