and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain after his decease to

another son of the foresaid

and to the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain after the decease of the foresaid

to sell and the money thereof coming to dispose in works of charity for the soul of the said
