Curds Xfine     to this court came Jn Banbury and surrendered into the lord's hands one tenement and 26a of land and 3a1r of meadow called Curds and three crofts of land containing 15a of land whereof one is called Barmanfield the other called Rounces and the other Pellesland lying in Barmansfield to the use and behoof of Robt Rochester gentleman his heirs and assigns who by Thos Tey esq his deputy and attorney came and craved to be admitted thereunto and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to which Robt there is seisin thereof delivered by the lord's steward to his attorney aforesaid to hold to the same Robt his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
