as by the metes and bounds etc as in the leet with the court here holden on
tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 12Hen8 29.5.1520

for the accomplishment performance and execution of the last will of

surrendered into the lord's hands the said chief messuage and the two cottages or rentaries to the same chief messuage adjoining with the said two gardens to the same belonging etc to the use and behoof of

late the wife of the foresaid

now the wife of
Alex Bokley
to hold to the same

and her assigns until one
