fine 12d it is found as well by Jn Churche the lord's steward as by the homage that Jn Culverton and Thomasin his wife one of the daughters and coheirs of Thos Harrison deceased out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of the said steward in the presence of Jn Farthing and Barth Churche the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing all that her part viz the one half of one barn with a garden adjoining and the appurtenances called Pannells in Colne aforesaid as etc and all that her part viz half of one cottage with the appurtenances called Brayes aforesaid as etc late the said Thos Harrison's deceased viz to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the the said barn garden and cottage to the foresaid Jn Culverton and Thomasin his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the said Jn and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid barn garden and cottage so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid barn garden and cottage to the foresaid Jn and Thomasin his wife to hold to them and the heirs of the same Jn to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same Jn of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they give fine etc and made fealty
