as the foresaid three crofts of land lie together near Cruddslane toward the east as in the leet with the court here holden on
tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 20Hen8 2.6.1528

to the accomplishment performance and execution of the last will of the foresaid
Thos Harrison
surrendered into the lord's hands the said three crofts of land with the appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Jn Culverton
and
Thomasin
his wife and their heirs on divers conditions as in the testament and last will of the said
Thos Harrison
is specified and on the behalf of the said
Jn
and
Thomasin
to be performed and fulfilled who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs on the conditions before specified of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
