to this court came Wm Thurston chaplain cousin and next heir of Jn Butler alias Fonters deceased and in full court remised released and always for him and his heirs forever quitclaimed to Geo Chatterton and his heirs in their full peaceable possession being all the estate title claim interest and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter might have of and in one tenement with a garden adjoining called in Colne aforesaid sometime Roger Hitchcock's and now the foresaid Geo Chatterton's as etc viz that neither he the foresaid Wm nor his heirs nor any other for him or in his name may or ought to challenge any right title claim interest estate or demand of or in the foresaid tenement and garden adjoining or in any parcel thereof hereafter but are utterly barred from all action of right forever by these presents
