release of Curds etc Xfine 6s8d to this court came Wm Thurstone clerk and in full court surrendered remitted released and always of and for him and his heirs quitclaimed to Peter Whyte and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right title estate claim interest and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter might have or his heirs might have of and in one tenement and 26a of land there of land and 1r of meadow called Curds and also of and in three crofts of land containing 15a of land whereof one is called Barmanfield another called Rounces and the other called Pellesland lying in Barmanfield as etc viz so that neither he the foresaid Wm Thurston nor his heirs nor any other for them or in their name may or ought hereafter to challenge any right or title in the said crofts of land or other the premises nor any parcel thereof but be abarred from all action of right forever by these presents and he giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears
