| fealty for Nykars Colland Daviesland X | to this court came Ann Ashefield widow late the wife of Edm Ashefield deceased and sister and heir of Jn Wingfield deceased and made fealty to the lord for three crofts of land called Nykars Colland and Daviesland for which she rents by year and one piece of land containing 2r of land lying at one head upon the croft of land called Nykars and the other head abutting upon Bultinghousegreene whereof she rents by year for one free meadow called Haddocks containing 3a of land sometime Dyne's whereof she renteth by year and for one little croft of land called Littlecrofte alias Brokehole wherefore she rents by year which late descended to the same Ann by right of inheritance by and after the death of the foresaid Jn Wingfield her husband (sic) deceased and she giveth a relief for the foresaid lands to the lord due after the death of the foresaid Jn Wingfield her brother deceased |
