fine 12d to this court came Wm Thurston clerk cousin and next heir of Jn Fonteys otherwise called Butler deceased and in the full court surrendered remised released and always for himself and his heirs quitclaimed Jn Culverton and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right title estate claim interest and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter might have or his heirs might have of and in three crofts of land called Husses containing 4a parcel of the tenement and 30a of land called Curds as by the metes and bounds viz so that neither he the foresaid Wm Thurston nor his heirs nor any other for them or in their name may or ought hereafter to challenge any right title estate claim interest or demand of and in the said croft of land nor in any parcel thereof but are fully abarred from all action of right forever by these presents and giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears etc
