now enclosed and in the tenure of
Thos Christmas
toward the west one head thereof abutting upon the way leading from Colne toward
Colne Park
toward the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the garden of the said
Geo Bieston
called
Prynces
toward the north as etc to the use and behoof of the foresaid
Geo
and
Agnes
his wife and the heirs of the said
Geo
who being present in the court came and craved himself and the foresaid
Agnes
his wife to be admitted thereunto and they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same

of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
