Rishemeddowe Xfine 13s4d whereas at the leet with the court here holden on tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 4Edw6 27.5.1550 one Dorothy Veer singlewoman daughter of one Eliz Veer widow deceased upon a surrender made by the foresaid Eliz was admitted the lord's tenant to one piece or pasture of land customary with the appurtenances and one customary meadow with the appurtenances called Ryshemeddowe containing in the whole 16a of land or more etc to have and to hold unto the same Dorothy and her assigns from the court aforesaid even to the end and term of three years then next following and fully to be complete and remain after the term of the said three years so complete and ended to one Robt Veer son of the foresaid Eliz and his heirs as in the foresaid court more at large appeareth now to this court came the foresaid Robt the said three years being ended and determined and craved to be admitted to the foresaid piece or pasture of land and meadow called Ryshemeddowe according to the tenor force and effect of the remainder aforesaid and because it is more evident by the search of the rolls that the petition of the said Robt is true therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's stewa rd there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
