deceased and the half of one parcel of land called
Tollehousegreene
now builded on containing in length 6rods and in breadth 12ft as by the metes and bounds etc died since the last court of and in the foresaid tenement and other the premises with the appurtenances sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor etc and they say further that

of full age is brother of the foresaid

and next heir and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he giv eth fine etc and made fealty
