as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of

his wife now the wife of

during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to

son of the foresaid

of the age of 3yr and more and his heirs always provided that if it happen the said

to die without issue the said

being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor to remain after her decease to the foresaid
