Huddeyssons Xfine 8d it is found by the homage that Clem Sparrowe out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Estay instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Leffingwell and Jn Sparrowe the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one customary tenement with the appurtenances situate in Colne aforesaid sometime in the tenure of Jn Rayner and Agnes his wife late the wife of Robt Huddeysson deceased to the use and behoof of Jn Robt Jn (may be Jn) and Barth Sparrowe his sons and Ann Sparrowe his daughter their heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
