his daughter their heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found out by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
