Ann Ashefield
late the wife of
Edw Ashefield
gentleman deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands four crofts of land called
Michelles
with their appurtenances as by the metes and bounds etc to the intent that the lord being so thereof seised might regrant the said four crofts of land called
Michells
with their appurtenances to the foresaid
Ann
to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to
Wm Ashefield
his son his heirs etc and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid being in the premises so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said four crofts of land called
Mychelles
with the appurtenances to the foresaid
Ann Ashefield
to hold to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid

and his heirs to which
Ann
by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to her and her assigns during the whole term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid

and his heirs and she giveth fine and made fealty
