fine     it is found and certified by Jn Churche steward of this manor as by the homage that Antho Sparrowe out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of the said steward one parcel of land containing by estimation 6a of land parcel of a certain field called Lowfield in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation 16a of land lying between the lord's meadow called Hallemeddowe of the one part and the common way leading from Colne aforesaid toward Tey of the other part as by the metes and bounds etc and also one croft of land containing by estimation 1r of land with the appurtenances called Sandhills as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Jn Culverton his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found and certified therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty yet this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered is made on cond ition following viz that if the foresaid Jn Culverton his heirs or assigns pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Antho Sparrowe or his certain attorney or his executors on the last day of september 30.9.next coming after the title of this court in the parish church of St Peter in Mallden 11li of good and usual money of England that then this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered remain and be in all his force and effect and if there be default of the said 11li contrary to the form aforesaid that then it shall be lawful to the foresaid Antho Sparrowe into the foresaid parcel and croft of land with the appurtenances and into every parcel thereof to reenter and the same to have again enjoy and possess as in their former estate and the said Jn Culverton his heirs and assigns from thence wholly to expel and amove and that this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered be void and of none effect
